Rose Hips are the fruits of a rose that develop after the petals have fallen. Used to fight infection and curb stress, it is the highest herb in Vitamin C content and contains the entire C-Complex .
Active Principle:
Rose hips have been used as a source of vitamin C and contain the bioflavonoids that aid in the absorption of vitamin C.

Suggested Intake
Extract of Rosehip having 6-8% Vitamin C-300 to 500mgs twice a day.
